We’re proud to introduce the new version of SoundQ – now with several powerful new features including unlimited access to a curated collection of world-class sound effects and premium music tracks. Inspiring quality, powerful search, fast workflow, and simple licensing make it quick and easy to create with better sound.
At Pro Sound Effects, our purpose is to help creators bring their ideas to life through sound – so we’ve been listening to user feedback since SoundQ launched last year. Many users have found the credit system confusing and restricting, and many users have requested unlimited access to a cloud library. That's why we're excited to move to a simpler plan with more powerful features that we think will be better serve creators everywhere.

Unlimited Access
The subscription plan now includes unlimited access to the SoundQ Library – featuring a curated collection of 100,000+ sound effects in 54,000+ files. All sounds are curated from the Hybrid Library. The Free tier features 2,000+ sounds in 1,000 files.
Now with Music
The SoundQ Library now includes music in addition to sound effects. Subscribers get unlimited access to 18,000+ music tracks and stems created by top composers – copyright safe worldwide and forever. The Free tier features 100 tracks and stems.
Credits Reimagined
You can now purchase credits to download additional sfx from the Pro Sound Effects Library of 850,000+ sounds – starting at $3.99 each. Credits now entitle you to a perpetual, lifetime license to use the sound in as many projects as you’d like. This license remains in effect even if you cancel your SoundQ subscription, and credits can be purchased and used even on the Free tier.
The subscription plan no longer includes monthly/annual download credits. As a thank you to all existing SoundQ users, any remaining credits will stay in your account and be converted to the new model. In other words, these credits can now be used to redeem a perpetual, lifetime license to sounds in the Pro Sound Effects Library.
